中欧企业管理研究所隶属于东莞中欧管理咨询有限公司，成立于2006年，现有员工50多人，专职咨询师30多人，有咨询策划部，辅导部，业务部，稽核部，出版部五大部门。中欧企业管理研究所是专业的精益管理研究与咨询机构，研究对象为中国中小企业，目标是打造中国式精益管理模式，培养团队，为工厂赢得利润。 从研究所成立以来，共辅导企业20多家，率达1：20。特别是我们创立的“精益管理三九控制法”“精益管理六大组合拳”已成为一种成熟的管理模式，已被大量中小企业认可。 中国中小企业从2008年后越来越困难，管理转型势在必行，我们将继续努力，不断更新管理理念与模式，为中业做强贡献智慧。
